Our partner organization, Amerigroup Community Care, provides healthcare for those who qualify and have the health plan through the state of Georgia. In addition, Amerigroup hosts events in the metro-Atlanta area. Please see the resources below for more information.

  • Georgia Pathways is a new program to help low-income Georgians qualify for Medicaid who otherwise would not be eligible for traditional medicaid. For persons aged 19-64. More information can be found here.
